In 2011 I made my first visit to Smarahdove (Izumrudnoie) Recreation Facility in the #chernobyl Zone. From what I understand this was a "summer" rest camp for member of the communist party. Unfortunately it was destroyed by forest fires in 2020. #ThePhotoHour
During my very first visit to the zone I managed to gain access to the Buryakovka Radioactive vehicle graveyard. It was developed to contain and isolate the vehicles that became heavily contaminated by radioactive particles during clean up #thephotohour #chernobyl
45 yrs ago the Three Mile Island NPP suffered a partial meltdown. I was 11 miles away in Mrs Murray's 3rd grade classroom. Little did I know this event would change the trajectory of my adult life. I have now explored many of the worlds nuclear accident sites. #thephotohour

Great News! My knee held up well during NAB. Walked 4 miles a day over several hours at the show. Yes, it hurt, but manageable. The Cortizone really helped get me moving again. This weekend, I walked 2.5 miles on the beach & 2 miles this morning. I also lost 15 pounds in a month

@ErikNaso It has to do with the way the directory structure is updated. Something as simple as a forced quit would render your boot drive unreadable.
