Happy Pi Day! 🥧 Today’s OTF workout is math-themed, which is appropriate because by the final block, I was definitely 'divided' from my senses. The Tread/Row block is a 22.5-minute relay of 3-minute pushes on the belt followed by 2-minute pushes on the rower. Switching every 5 minutes with only 45 seconds to transition is like trying to change a diaper in a dark room—chaotic, rushed, and someone is definitely going to end up crying. But the real 'slice' of misery is the 3-minute Push Press Challenge at the end. 40 seconds of lunges followed by 20 seconds of 'how many reps can I survive' push presses. The coach said Red was 30+ reps. I said Red was the color of my face.
