Andernfalls schaffen wir mit europäischer Regulierung genau jene ideologischen Ketten, die wir eigentlich abschütteln wollen. The EU’s Ombudswoman @anjinho74 just gave a stark warning: the EU’s transparency law is no longer working as intended. Key problems: - 32% of Ombudsman inquiries in 2025 were about access to documents - Deadlines systematically missed (especially by the Commission) - Withholding docs seen as “safer” → openness becomes the exception - Security/commercial arguments increasingly used to block access - Burden shifted to citizens/journalists who must know case law + internal rules - A “game of hide-and-seek” between institutions and the public Transparency isn’t an admin burden. It’s a fundamental democratic right, and a prerequisite for trustworthy AI. What Chris did has been described in following papers; arxiv.org/html/2412.1247… (2024) and some more recent ones (2026) arxiv.org/pdf/2412.12475 We have been building an operating system for clinicians, that gives them access to tools, so they can build and share these agents on a single platform and download them for local use.

Am I the only one seeing this as classic feudal alliance logic applied to the AI age? When closed labs negotiate moral legitimacy with ancient institutions to stabilize their power, open source remains the only path that actually brings enlightenment, by refusing to let knowledge become just another enclosed commons.
