Some of you have asked how I would suggest one best carves a turkey. While I'm not the most experienced at Xmas dinner, I would say the most sensible way would be to slice it up into 15 regions, then negotiate the exchange of the best cuts of meat between your family members.

I reckon this still off of the set of The Persuaders really sums up the unique chemistry of Roger Moore and Sir Tony Curtis. I was proud to feature them as the first double act on television and we enjoyed great success in the ratings.

Between 1983 and 1974, ITC produced The Muppet Show starring Kermit the Frog and Frank Oz. It was created by Jimmy Henson, featured a parade of famous guest stars and did very well around the world. Not bad for the first puppet show ever created.

In all my years producing thrillers, I insisted on doing my own stunts. Some would argue that this wasn't required as I wouldn't be seen on camera, but I say lead by example! You may think I look rough, but I refused to let Jean Morton jump out of that potato wagon on her own.
