@Space_NK I placed an order that wouldn’t process properly. In the order I tried to redeem indulge points and use the gift voucher from the joy gift box... as the order didn’t process I was unable to use the voucher again. I have emailed about this many times

@myhermes poor service and very frustrating to try and speak to someone to get issue resolved. Booked for parcel collection and 3 days later still no collection. I want a refund and it seems impossible to get one.
