If you're a people leader, you have to show up every day. You get one chance to be a good person. If your team don't feel respected and trusted, they won't tell you. They won't tell HR. They'll just leave. Think about it every single day.
If I see an event that appears to pride itself on forced fun elements it makes my skin crawl. I just want to learn some cool stuff from interesting people. If you plan on getting me up to dance, I'm not coming
Top Tip if you're struggling with your ROI discussions with the customer as a CSM. Don't forget that you're not only trying to assess the £ value added with your service, you also need to talk about the £ savings that you're adding. It's a whole new discussion
