@NASAWebb @NASAHubble It looks like a new born of a galaxy, the stars that are newly born are all sitting outside of the galaxy,which are slowly going to rotate to the inside of galaxy,Just like in the picture, I think a black hole is flipped to galaxy,all Galaxy's are developing a black holes I think
@NASAWebb @NASAHubble I'm reading, #ConstellationofHorologium located 30M LY away in southern constellation of Horologium, NGC 1512 is a neighbor of our #MilkyWay galaxy. *If the universe is expanding at the rate of about 41.9 miles (67.5 klm) per second, 30M Ly couldn't stay the same!
