Personally, if I was a meropenem salesman and everyone instigated this approach, I’d be booking a new Porsche for delivery in mid 2025.

But there will be a clever answer somewhere involving maths. It’s the focus on 3GC use that worries me. Can’t do anything (according to my brain) except make the bacteriological soup more unpalatable.

Short term gain maybe, but long term pain likely.
