@AsurionCares I just received it at my gmail, however this is the exact same form I received, completed and returned a month ago, both to the online portal as well as directly to a customer service agent. I even faxed it again last week and was told Asurion sent the wrong form. SO now what?

@jgebbia @paulg @jesslivingston @Airbnb I have had the absolute worst experience with @Airbnb and @AirbnbHelp customer service via messages, chats and the phone number keeps hanging up my call. I'm beyond frustrated and extremely angered. This really seems like a scam at this point!
