For producers, risk free AND insulates them from situations like this, where any bonus they do or don’t pay today will receive backlash.

@CrustDominos @RobertFreundLaw No. That’s where lawyers and judges come in. A counterfeiter can’t sell Patagonio tshirts with different colors and just claim it’s a parody. When you start selling the same product the company makes, trouble starts. But the point is, that’s much different than a comedy sketch.

Fixing this is so simple. - Relegation zone - Only draw top four picks - Reverse order of standings for the rest - Coin flips for 5/6/7 (relegation teams only) That’s it. Delete the rest of this, and it’s a good (great?) idea. Drawing EVERY lottery slot is bananas.

@TonyREast I think they really cooked with the relegation zone, but they should have stopped there. Drawing ALL the picks is dumb, and banning a team from drafting Flagg because they drafted Risacher is ridiculous.
