Prices later fell because the world adapted: Russian oil kept flowing to China and India, other countries boosted production, supply chains adjusted, and panic faded.

@theswansjr @elonmusk A small amount of inflation is good for the economy (2-3%). It incentivizes investment and consumption. If money is worth more tomorrow than it is today it disincentivizes consumption and investment, which are both in integral to growing GDP and financing debt.

Also an increase in global liquidity doesn’t automatically mean investors will buy crypto like 2020. They may be more inclined to buy precious metals or another momentum play.
