Leaning more towards Pluto II than the Russian but can't rule the 29B6 'Kontayner' OTHR out based on some other current observations. Wish the SSN would creep back up. I'm still chasing my earlier mystery wideband unknown signal at 32 MHz that drifted down and changed bandwidth.
