Landlords are desperate and many individual owners are almost broke. I offered my landlord (drives a G-Wagon) 6 months rent upfront for a 15% discount on the unit I rent in Miami… he took it without blinking. Corner them! they are bluffing but buyers and renters have better cards!

@growingmiami @FloridianDev Another ingredient for the perfect storm: all the drivers of Miami prices are reversing. Jobs? Never really came. Now it’s a city of low-income earners in $100K cars (2 weeks from repo), fake Rolexes & IG poses… but basically broke. 😍

Unpopular opinion: The Fed isn’t hurting homebuyers. It’s saving them from bidding on homes that are still 50% too expensive. Sometimes tough love is real protection. Powell might be the only adult in the room. @realDonaldTrump @SecScottBessent @pulte @VladTheInflator @federalreserve
