This is something we are extremely passionate about at A Matter of Choice, which is why we are launching #WomenOfOurTime, a tribe of inspirational women around the globe, this autumn. With trusted people by your side, any problem can be tackled together.
Experiencing adversity, challenges and pressure on your own is incredibly isolating. We’ve been there and had the benefit of having access to some incredible women and men who supported us to overcome them.
If companies across the UK invested in their employee's wellbeing, through training and team building, it could lead to better productivity, higher staff retention, better engagement and reduced sickness absence. How does your employer show you they care?
A study has found that only 30% of UK workers feel that their employer cares for their mental wellbeing.

Prominent findings from our research have already highlighted matters such as women not supporting women, bullying and harassment not just sexism, the influence of the boys club or the girls club, ageism and ignorance.
