Shocking performance by the @VodafoneUK house moving team today. 3 hours, 4 different departments, no communication between them and different info from each. The same package is available at both addresses and wanting to increase the price to nearly DOUBLE what I pay now!

Appalling Service @FragranceShopUK. Ordered 2nd December, out for del 4th but no show & no notification! Cust Svcs reordered on 11th but nothing on system. CS reordered again on 19th for next day del 20th & no show again! Fed up of waiting on hold for 45+mins to speak to someone!
