@Mangan150 I was listening yesterday to @KenDBerryMD book lies my doctor told me. I was surprised to briefly hear that high protien intake can make the kidneys work harder. I believe Dr. Berry has said before that protien does not adversly affect the kidneys. Someone clear this up?

@Mangan150 Always ate 50-100g of whey or meat every day my entire life just out of habit. Once when I was 25 I tried a whole day of vegan only food, just vegetables cause of "muh plant based diet" remember waking up middle of the night from stomach turning itself inside out insulin crashing
