I even use Balsamic vinegar, unfiltered apple cider vinegar, honey, soy sauce oyster flavored sauce, sesame oil. Sauce here made from honey, Balsamic vinegar, soy sauce. Works with chicken, beef, pork.
I actually prefer fresh to frozen or canned unless it's self-canned straight from your garden. I mean, if you have to eat canned or frozen I guess so but it's not the best option for your health.

@ManageDiabetes I've never cared for the taste of salt and would rather use herbs and spices. "Not enough salt" is my wife's complaint when I cook. I think she forgets I'm also a heart patient.🤦🏽♂️ The way this bird is sitting is how it was baked. Made a sauce/gravy with the drippings.😋

@ManageDiabetes Went on the ketogenic (Keto) diet with intermittent fasting lost lots weight but many other benefits such as my asthmas gone, my sinuses are clear so smelling foods much better and deep sleeping between 6 to 8 hours a day. Now defining my Keto diet such as reducing cheese intake
