@BBCNewsnight To avoid valuation costs & migration of refuseniks why not collect voluntary wealth & income taxed via boxes on our tax returns. Wealthy pensioners could contribute income tax for unnecessary benefits received incl. free travel etc.

Little wonder we have a spike in prisoner release errors over 2024 & 2025. Clearly more releases using a deficient process results in more errors. Blame those mainly responsible for an out of date process and overcrowded prisons ie the Tories. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…
