@AskVirginMoney Thanks for your swift reply. I have managed to speak to speak with one of your colleagues and have selected a product but apparently have to wait 1.5months for an appointment to ask for the switch….doesn’t make sense or seem right 😳

@ElectricityNW why is it so difficult getting an export MPAN? Several phone calls and emails later and staff at ENWL still don’t know who to contact to obtain this! Folks in @UKPowerNetworks @ssencommunity land seem to be able to get theirs in a few days! 😏

@OctopusEnergy want to switch to flux and told will need an export meter fitted. Was told to contact DNO re export MPAN but running round in circles 😤🤯…Then find out that @OctopusEnergy can request this in order to fit smart export meter? #help

@KFC_UKI is it true that there is a national limit to the number of 50% zinger tower meals deals that can be sold? Colne Rd Burnley seem to say so which is a shame for the people who haven’t taken advantage of this offer 😳
