To understand the medical brain drain from UK to Oz, look at my🇦🇺 fellowship payslip. Fortnightly salary = 12470 AUD = 6528 GBP. = £170 000 per annum as a trainee. UK consultant salary = £88 000 p.a. We will lose our best doctors from the UK if we don’t fix this.

Short 🧵regarding the use of 'slip' knots to keep the tissues approximated when they are under tension, so that they stay in the right position when throwing the rest of your knots. This is a very common technique, and I would say I use 'slip' knots in almost every case. (1/ )

@liambarker I believe dymista (and azelastine) and some of the big boy steroids are Px only. I’m a big fan of benadryl acrivastine OTC but is expensive as no generics yet!
