#ICICILombard is one insurance platform where consumers report the #privacyzuckering #darkpattern where a users’s unauthorised private information is extracted & utilised to deny claims. While #IRDAI has acknowledged the escalation by @LocalCircles in the insurance sector and mandated dark pattern resolution by insurance platforms, taking 9 months to assess is too long. Platforms like ICICI Lombard need to clean them up now so private information is not misused to reject health, motor and travel claims.

While #darkpattern crackdown on airlines with #Spicejet is a good start, the scale is much larger with #AirIndia & #Indigo Please refer to examples shared by @LocalCircles on January 9, 2026 and act.
