Thanks for explaining. I had to look up what "Moe" refers to here, and I have admit I am surprised that this didn't get localized. I feel like this is way more obscure than the Chinese Jiangshi or JP Gyaru subculture. The whole skill description is such a bizarre mix of slang and mixed cultural references that I struggle to imagine who the audience is meant to be. It irks me. I am irked.
