@mailjet @wearesinch @mailjet_fr (Also worth noting for anyone else having issues with MailJet. The upgrade to "premium" is well worth it. Their live chat support is responsive, effective and fair. Just keep in mind they are on Poland time or 3am - 12pm EST.)

@wearesinch, @mailjet, @mailjet_fr Reinstating our account: "Your sending activity is currently suspended." This most likely occurred because our "block rate" was well over AUP maximum rate of 20% on 6/19. A creative in some of our workflows appears to have triggered a "Spam Preblocked". Compounding this issue we temporarily paused all campaigns (The majority of our daily send volume.) on 6/18 as we were updating our API to send additional fields. Our account has been active since at least 2021 and in good standing (without any sending limits) for over a year. Our 2024 average monthly send volume is between 750k-1 million. We ask that you expedite this ticket. The inability to contact our customers via email will greatly affect our business. I would also like to note we only found out about this issue when logging into our account. No email was received. As a customer of many years, with a previously good account standing and monthly spend nearing four figures, we find this lack of outreach quite concerning.
