@dennypregent @joepohlen I Agree with your confusion on Hotel Properties... A basic flip I get.. But a Thoughtful Conversion Of the Space, Building Design, and community integration can work well... Right Community Area... Right Building... Right Purpose... It is NOT a Cookie Cutter Flip!!

@joepohlen I recommend to actually tour toward the end of the "Lunch" meal.... It is always very interesting to see who might be left in the Dining Room...who struggles down the halllways...and to see what the transition of the day into the Afternoon is actually like....
