Look at what Ukraine can achieve with just a few ATACMS. Imagine if they had all ~1200 "expired" missiles from US Army inventory? They could inflict massive damage on Russian bases all over occupied Ukraine. Does the Biden Admin not want that to happen?

@ColbyBadhwar @tochnyi I think Biden supports this. The problem seems to be the Republican-controlled Congress. I also think that the 🇪🇺 should do more too to really help 🇺🇦. #IStandWithUkraine #DefendDemocracyAidUkraine
@LimnoGeek1 @ColbyBadhwar @tochnyi Biden could have done this anytime during the past two years and he can STILL do it, today, without needing any input from Congress. There is a U.S. law that lets Prez give away military equip which has no $ value, like expired ordnance.
@LimnoGeek1 @ColbyBadhwar @tochnyi The problem is Jake Sullivan. He has resisted giving Ukraine what it needs from the very beginning.
@LimnoGeek1 @ColbyBadhwar @tochnyi Most certainly not: he could order these under PDA (of which he still has over $3bn unused) and they would be in Ukraine within days.
@LimnoGeek1 @ColbyBadhwar @tochnyi The Biden administration has been unwilling to provide this weapon throughout the war especially in the versions that would be most effective. There is wide bipartisan congressional support to provide them
