BIGGER BICEPS ARE BUILT, NOT WISHED FOR. 💪🔥
Stop chasing random exercises.
Train with purpose.
Control every rep.
Use full range of motion.
Increase the weight gradually.
And most importantly—stay consistent.
Your arms won’t grow from one perfect workout. They grow from months of showing up when nobody is watching.
Train hard. Recover well. Repeat. 🦾
What’s your go-to biceps exercise? 👇
Tried 80kg on close grip lat pulldowns today.
Controlled reps, no crazy facial expressions. 😂
After a few reps, I even tried holding the contraction for an extra squeeze.
Not gonna lie, it was harder than I expected. 😭
What do you think? Does that extra squeeze help, or is controlled movement enough? 👀
Most people train when their body feels good. Ronnie Coleman trains because he loves to and his mind says so, that’s not motivation, that’s a different level of discipline. The goat 🐐
Ambition without preparation gets crushed under the weight. In the gym, you don’t start with what looks impressive; you start with what you can handle, and let time do the heavy lifting.
You won’t always feel motivated.
Some days you’ll feel strong.
Some days you’ll feel tired.
Some days you’ll question whether it’s even working.
Keep showing up.
Muscle takes time.
Strength takes time.
Confidence takes time.
The people you admire didn’t build themselves in a week. They simply kept doing the work when nobody was watching.
Train today.
Recover.
Come back tomorrow.
Consistency will take you where motivation never could. 🏋️♂️🔥
What are you training today?
You can literally build a squat rack out of 2x4's, home depot buckets, and concrete.
In 2020, I was trying to help people come up with creative and cheap ways to build gym equipment to train at home with.
This squat stand was one of the simplest ways to hold a lot of weight.
There are no safety spotters, so I wouldn't recommend benching on this alone. But, in a pinch, this can get the job done.

Planet Fitness really out here turning cable machines into the Chunin Exams 😂 Bro said “I will not let the Hidden Leaf fall” and started sprinting with the handles.
45° (The Stretch Zone): Leaning back forces your arms behind your torso, trapping the bicep under a deep mechanical stretch to carve out the outer peak.
85° (The Power Zone): Going upright brings your arms to your sides, trading extreme stretch for raw leverage to load up heavy overall mass
Nobody talks about how strange the middle of a fitness journey feels.
You're no longer the person who started, but you don't look like the person you're working toward becoming either.
You just have to trust the process in between.
