Japanese have been producing wood for 700 years without cutting down trees. In 14th century, daisugi technique was born in Japan, which provide that these trees will be planted for future generations and not be cut down but pruned as if they were giant bonsai trees.

I wish we did before/after for more things outside of weight loss. Like before/after learning a new language or before/after dumping a crummy partner or before/after taking your meds everyday for a month. Anything you work hard at, I want to see before/after.

@mama_tiggy I begin my lean protein focus keto again tomorrow! And I’ve been crushing it on the peloton for two rides every day and I’ve begun strength training again too. I’m hoping to take off the final 10-15 pounds by September!
