Some of these buildings have been very eminent, and sometimes the room has contained very serious people. The small silly things we do to keep our sanity.

@figuregirl774 Its a bit opaque. He is the minister but to some extent has delegated some responsibilities to the Chancellor of the Dutchy of Lancaster. In practice it makes no difference because the PM is always the Minister of the Civil Service so he is accountable.
