My poor duty GP has had a horrendous day. AM surgery finished at 2:30pm. 64+ patients on the list for the day at 4:30pm. This is before scripts, results, referrals, clinical letters. Primary care is taking a battering 😔

@virginmedia I'm on M125 which means I wouldn't get this for free. The broadband is not fit for purpose if it cannot be used.

@virginmedia ...this offer doesn't come up on my account at that price. I am really unhappy as the broadband currently is useless as it doesn't work in the house or stretch across the rooms and I can't seem to get any help with this

@virginmedia Hi, yes I have done this, there are no issues that show up. The connection cannot reach most of my house and when it does I'm getting less than 7mbps which is no use.

@virginmedia ... I am getting speeds of up to 7mbs. I work from home for the NHS & the Internet is that poor I have to use my phone hot spot. I have sent a complaint buy heard nothing. I would be happy to upgrade at the current black Friday offer of £27 a month for M350 but...

@virginmedia I am having difficulty with new virgin set up - I have been trying to speak to someone but live chat is never available and on the phone line it says 'there are no faults with your equipment goodbye' and hangs up. I have a package with average speeds of 132mbs...
