@flyethiopian Be aware that there are a group of scammers following this account and trying to defraud your passengers who are seeking help with their lost luggage. The scammers seem to be from Kenya and offering immediate compensation.

@FlyEthiopianCAN I flew Cloud9 on Ethiopian from YYZ to JNB via ADD on May 21st. My checked bag has not been seen since. It has now been 10 days and I have had to purchase a complete new travel wardrobe, including a new bag! I made a claim in JNB but no response since. Pls advise

@MargieBader @flyethiopian Hello, the something has happened to me. I left Toronto on May 21st flying to JNB via Addis. My bag never arrived. I tried to get help using this platform(twitter) but I think I'm getting scammed. Reps saying they are from Ethiopian asking me to open money transfer apps!

@flyethiopian My bag has been lost since I departed Toronto on May 21st. Arrived in JNB via ADD on May 22nd without my bag. Still waiting for for a response to my many emails regarding compensation and location of my bag. It's been over 1 week!!

@ridelandline There is a glitch on the AC website that won't allow you to use your Worldwide Companion Pass from YKF. I had to call Customer Service to book.
