@ProfJuneG I was quite sceptical at first but it was one of the best things I could have done, facilitating RCS regularly in study days now. I had minimal supervision in my career, trying to change this to help prevent nurse burn out & to provide a safe space for nurses to vent #wellbeing

@UHSussex thank u for this tweet two reasons why as patients, it makes sense to be understanding and kind to staff who are struggling. 1) it’s the right thing to do 2) Patient kindness is associated with better outcomes because it allows better clinician cognitive processes.
