@collins_belton Honest q: would the reaction have been better if the SEC didn’t approve them to go public because of a *potential* lawsuit down the line? I also don’t think it’s a coincidence that CB listed MANA before IPO but it’s not listed here and is in the Binance suit.

@RSSH273 Conclusion is wild here. It seems BCOT did fine with the SEC registration, the project just failed? Why isn't it viable to handle the disclosure requirements for companies that are raising $45M? Was $2.8M cost for Hiro to raise $40M what made it fail?

@RSSH273 It looks like the vast majority of these projects are dead because they were garbage, not because of SEC regulation? Is there any evidence that these projects had more difficulty than if they were a non-crypto project issuing securities?

@collins_belton They have 250 tokens, I'm pretty sure they will go after the sketchiest stuff, which there is a ton of. CB can talk about their listing process all they want but its clearly not rigorous enough.

@ddayen @dorajfacundo This honestly isn’t so bad, she was there for less than a year after coming from traditional finance then left for traditional finance. If anything she sees through the bs; a lot of people worked in crypto and come out very jaded about the entire industry

@CryptoCriticPod They connected their ticketmaster account to a wallet and gave NFTs and whoever had 41 got a signed jersey; they could have just tracked the tickets on a spreadsheet (and emailed photos to them I guess). Why didn't you do this before without NFTs?
