@BudElliott3 Yeah that’s exactly how UTMC works so you got that one right. It’s also a way to avoid any oversight by the state legislature for the state schools because if they are employees of the school directly it adds a complicated layer of problems RE politics and state laws.

@PeteThamel Yes but…usually legally when the probable imminent and irreparable injury is from something you did and that is entirely your fault you generally don’t get the injunction… That’s what I find well… Just terrible about this.
