Q5. How do you/your organization define/show Belonging? #HRSocialHour
@Jon_Thurmond A5. I think this is the hardest one of them all...I may be accepted, I may be treated nicely, but I may not truly feel that I belong. Could be based on a number of factors. #HRSocialHour
@Jon_Thurmond A5. Every paycheck an employee receives from us has a field where we place “One Team, One Goal.” We give out challenge coins bearing our logo on one side and that same saying on the other side. We have one team, one goal in every conference room. #HRSocialhour
