@Jon_Thurmond A4. I see 'inclusion' as sending the birthday party invitations to the entire class. Everyone does not have to attend but all are welcome. #HRSocialHour
@Jon_Thurmond A4. We define/show inclusion by eliminating all exclusions, real or perceived. Every policy, program, and promotion is reviewed by multiple stakeholders to insure it is inclusive. #HRSocialhour
