@HansontheBike Likely a cat trotting. The metatarsal/metacarpal pad seems to have the double bump that is more characteristic of cats than dogs.the appearance of nails (a dog thing) might be due to the double register of tracks (one on top of the other.)

Check your mailbox! My 2024 calendar has arrived. This year it features beautiful photos of the restored Stillwater Creek wetland in Ottawa West-Nepean! Local photographer @Jon_Stuart_ took these photos in the Greenbelt near the DND Carling campus, and they were displayed in his Shenkman Arts Centre exhibition titled “Stillwater” which I visited earlier this year. Thank you Jon, for the opportunity to highlight the nature in our riding. The Stillwater Creek wetland restoration is an example of what can happen when environmental organizations, community groups, and governments work together on environmental action! #OttWN
