@devlij1 @BlakeSNeff This is true, as I’m a nurse and I work for a home care service owned and ran by a couple from Nigeria, who are also nurses. We serve Developmentally disabled individuals at a day center and in their homes. I personally visit each individual and verify they are receiving service.

@RepThomasMassie Yes, grandma’s and family caregivers can receive government payments for the same services, but they must be properly credentialed, all the proper tracking that is required by the state, as well as provide evidence of the services They are giving via notes and service records.
