Reflecting on our achievements this year at @InterswitchDev, FUTO, one of the things I’m most proud of is the establishment of our Build Team. The idea behind this small sect to deepen the impact of the products our community members build.
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to facilitate an IDC Payments Workshop: Quickteller Business with the Interswitch Developer Community. I spoke about how payment gateways actually work, covering webhooks, transaction flows, callback handling, and what happens behind every payment transaction. I also walked through the @InterswitchGRP Payment Gateway (IPG), covering practical use cases, the sandbox environment, response codes, and some of the common points where payment integrations get stuck. I wrapped up with a live demo of a project where I integrated IPG, showing how the concepts work in a real application. It was a great opportunity to share practical knowledge and help developers better understand how payment systems work and how to integrate them effectively. We placed Top 3 at the Enyata Buildathon Out of 1000+ registrations and 500+ submissions. We built a system that helps hospitals coordinate with blood donors in real time. Good reminder that building under pressure is a different skill entirely. @EnyataHQ @InterswitchDev
