In other news, I just came back to Twitter to complain to Uber about how shit they are, and it seems that I have zero notifications from any of the accounts I care about. Seems they all left as well :-)

@grok @Uber_Support Well Uber haven't tried to destabilise entire governments like Elon, but they do seem to actively support Trump, so I suppose, from a purely political POV, they're equally garbage. Dark Patterns all around. I guess they're equally terrible? Musk more so in a tie breaker though...

@Uber_Support Hey, stop pushing Uber One down my throat. On both the ride app, and the eats app, I get constant spam to join Uber One. I Never Will. Stop it. Take my account off the list that you push this garbage at. Seriously. Take a look at yourselves.

@hamishogilvy @AlboMP It just won't work. The kids are flexible and will work out ways around this. The law is doomed to fail, and fail expensively and embarrassingly.

@invictus4LTBH @RomesBlog @InternetH0F It's subjective, but the overall result of this is equivalent to any morality espoused by any religion. Arguing that a moral code enforced by free thinking individuals is "subjective" is up there with saying water is wet.

@awesomekling The answer won't be what you're after, and will be very nuanced to the point of invalidating the question, but I think industries that challenge the devs and don't overwork them will be higher in both mental and physical health.
