I agree with this conclusion; #hyperinsulinemia, indicative of #insulinresistance, drives both #prostate growth and #hypertension through clear biochemical processes. Changing the diet to #LCHF to avoid #insulin-spiking foods is a great intervention.

Some men do and others don't.

Easy thing to critisize tbh because the (wrong in our opinion) prevalent view is that all men seeking this are unserious/vulnerable and the treatments don't work.

There is a bifurcation of approaches atm; "established" urologists/doctors dismiss the issue as laughable without having experience with patients to win browny points; some clinics take the issue lightly and fast to the trigger.

We think penis size anxiety/dissatisfaction should be approached seriously. Surgery or treatment has a role to play as has counselling. Dismissing patients concerns outright or branding them body dismorphic will not help them.

@LuxAlptraum Having said that ED meds are not a panache and men facing ED should consult a Dr as it might be a symptom of serious underlying health issues.
@LuxAlptraum Strongly disagree with some of the assertions in the article. ED is not a normal part of ageing. ED meds don't just give you an erection without mental stimulation and "feeling". ED meds also have quite a few positive health benefits beyond treating ED.
