Alright guys, in regards to the bombshell news that dropped on us yesterday in regards to revenue sharing in college sports...I think this is a story that is just beginning to unfold. That may have just been the first perspective to be given to us on what is going on.

FSU AG lawsuit - Judge Dempsey entered an Order to Show Cause. ACC has 30 days to respond. Then FSU has 15. I expect a hearing to be set relatively quickly. Like I said, this is the way to do it. A much faster, better way to get these docs.

Even allows them to do it by Zoom or phone. They have until early May to agree to a mediator or let the judge know they can’t agree. Deadline is 8/20/24.

The talk about House vs NCAA settlement? Will go more in depth later but for now its looking like a push to sideline the Employment talks and to instead work towards a Revenue Sharing model.

A settlement of House v. NCAA has been the most likely outcome once NCAA lost the motion to dismiss and class certification. NCAA could have avoided spending millions on attorneys and whatever it will pay in a settlement if it had been just been mildly open to reform years ago.

Texas DL Zac Swanson (6-foot-4, 282 pounds) is expected to officially visit ASU this week, I've heard. A former Brophy Prep standout, Swanson was the No. 6 recruit in Arizona's 2022 class. He played in just one game as a redshirt freshman in 2023. Three seasons of eligibility.
