This should include consultation with the trade unions, GMB, Unison and Unite, encouraging reporting of all workplace concerns without fear of intimidation and an independent 360 degree review of the performance of the Senior Management Team.
Waiting times to discharge patients into acute care is only one of the problems that impacting on the mental and physical health and well being of paramedics and other SAS workers. The Scottish Government needs to carry out a review of the Scottish Ambulance Service.
This is disturbing news, an article in the Scotsman highlights the problems in the Scottish Ambulance Service we have already been made aware of by the the GMB. Fair Work is a concept that does not appear to have reached the SAS.

The union and Mark Baker who left the useless federation to rejoin the CWU did a power of work once he was freed from the shackles of the NFSP.
Nonsense, surely HR would have that information, dismissals following theft, figures would be lower because they had a string trade union and representation behind them. There was no evidence of theft in these cases, union reps would argue this until they were blue in the face.
