What are the hardest businesses to operate day to day? I’ll go first….restaurants. - Huge upfront costs - Lots of perishable SKUs - Constant mismatch of supply and demand - Quality control needs to be near perfect - Difficult labor - Dealing with health and safety regulations - Demanding (and hungry) customer base - Competition everywhere - Tough hours What am I missing? I have a deep respect for restaurant entrepreneurs that defied the odds and made it.

@IamScottlarson These businesses take such special operators! We have a couple successful restaurant and catering clients. They absolutely love the grind. There's no other way.
