The more I consider this, the more likely I think there will be more local plans adopted and more LPAs being able to demonstrate a 5YHLS. Just there will be less homes planned for...
Great summary of the changes announced over the past few days. Housing targets? still non-mandatory, but devil in the detail. Justified test? gone. 5YHLS? watered down (but need to consider fully how this might work in practice).
