Brad, I have never marched in the Israel Day on 5th parade because of which politicians attend. I march in memory of my grandparents who survived the Holocaust, and for the countless loved ones who never had the chance because most of the world turned them away and looked away. The overwhelming majority of New Yorkers who march do so with pride in their Jewish identity and our people’s ancient connection to Israel…not in support of any particular government or politician (including those not invited) In a few days, Americans will proudly wave the flag on the 250th anniversary of our nation’s founding. We don’t do that as an endorsement of whoever holds office. We do it because we love our country and what it strives to be. The lesson we should carry forward is never ask a people to surrender a part of their identity because you disagree with a government. For thousands of Jewish New Yorkers, including young students, the Israel Day Parade is a declaration that they belong, that they refuse to let fear define them, and that they can proudly walk the streets of New York wearing a kippah, carrying an Israeli flag, and embracing their heritage without apology. That is not a political act. It is an affirmation of dignity and the promise that every community deserves to live openly and without fear.

"Scapegoating of Jews happens in failed societies" Jacob Auchincloss is a Representative from Massachusetts. He is Jewish and a veteran of the war in Afghanistan. Here he is calling out antisemitism in BOTH parties. He also calls out one of the most important drivers: the lack of regulation that allows social media companies to profit from hate. The DSA want you to believe they have conquered the Democrats, but they are actually a fringe. We need more voices like Auchincloss, not just refusing to participate in the antisemitism-as-electoral strategy, but actively calling it out.

Israel sent search-and-rescue teams to Venezuela. That's a documented fact. The @nytimes reported on the international response while omitting Israel's rescue mission. Other major media outlets did the same. That's not a typo. It's not a factual dispute. It's an editorial choice. When the facts don't fit the narrative, the facts disappear. That's why nobody trusts todays activist media especially when they report on Israel.

Chuck Schumer and Scott Weiner don't have the same views of Gaza or Israel. Yet they were both heckled at "LGBTQ" events recently, and other politicians were not. Occam's Razor, everyone. They were harassed because they were Jewish. That is what the gay community in America apparently stands for now: alienating a gay Jew and a Jew that passed the Marriage Equality Act because of a pan-Arabist Islamic political movement that would execute them for kissing a member of the same sex.
