@HackingDave Don't forget to do low-intensity training to increase the heart's blood capacity, don't always focus on reinforcing the heart's walls. For football, I would normally only train low intensity for that reason, it makes you last much longer also
@DarrenVerhage Yep, all about balance - still do 15K steps a day, 20 mins 2 times a week of light bicycle have an active recovery day and lift 5 days a week. All about balance! I only do HIIT twice a week.
