@airasia - you promised me a refund within 12 weeks. It's now been 30 weeks. I've followed up 5 times. No way to escalate. Always promises I've been put to top@of the queue. Chat won't help. Over it. Please contact me or I'm going to the media and consumer affairs.

Hey @vanguard_au - what the heck happened to your website. Your agency should be shot. Error loading every page, SEO is broken and you don’t even show up for most of your asx etf codes in search. Not good guys. Been like this for weeks.

@airasiasupport - I requested a refund not a credit. You have now sent me an email saying if I don't respond, you will change my request to a credit anyway. No details of how to respond. I have reported your email to the ACCC. I am not sitting for 2 hours on your chat again!
