Changing BDA complex into mall, reps of I Change Ingr met BDA Engineer Member, today. We tried to explain Indiranagar is overly commercialised and does not need any more commercial spaces. This was seen as an attack on BDA. Why is the GoK so unresponsive to citizen’s real needs?

Sirs around 9.30am some men smoked a bee hive on an avenue tree located 30 ft high on CMH road, Indiranagar. They had done this without permission and we need @BBMPCOMM to ask DCF to take action for killing bees (Indian Wildlife Act 1972) and jeopardising residents lives.

Sirs @chairmanbwssb Divulging complainants' personal details is absolutely unacceptable, even if you are under political pressure. Rampant illegal borewell digging in Indiranagar is on, and instead of stopping it, you are sending violators to residents homes to intimidate them!

Sirs, meeting was organised between 50 residents & the illegal restaurant where they went on record to say that SHI Renukamba applied for licence on behalf of establishment & they have no clue on what laws need to be followed!!. When did law enforcers become agents 4 businesses?

Sirs, how is this establishment allowed to function on 12th main, Indiranagar without a trade licence & sanctioned plan?. With ZERO parking it has taken over entire footpath & byelanes. Ease of business @ cost of residents peace & with absolute lawlessness?. We demand closure!

Sir @MDNammaMetro @nammametro @BBMPCOMM we request BMRCL commercial space at 100 ft & CMH rd junction be converted to a street vending zone. This will help street vendors of neighborhood & facilitate for pedestrian movement. Appreciate this as New Year's gift to the neighborhood.

An extremely irresponsible statement by Chief Commissioner at the cost of losing lives in rooftop pubs!!. There is no ambiguity in BBMP Buildng bye laws abt terrace floor. Walkable pavements, clean air, sewage free city, etc, r more reqd. Is he showing as much interest twds them?
