Bengaluru needs the Hebbal–Sarjapur Metro corridor. But a ₹25,999 crore project must pass the tests of technical viability, ridership and fiscal prudence. The Centre’s insistence on rigorous scrutiny before approval is prudent. Public infrastructure must be sustainable.

@ChristinMP_, #SarjapurRoad widen inspite of successive govt promising on floor of assembly,didn't even start. You should do a piece on missing infra of 100+ km of CDP2015 road infra projects on top of this,while all approvals in #ITCorridor is happening basis "plan on paper".
