@RailFlt @swtrains_watch @SortItOutSWR @StandUpToSWR @GroupSwr @SWR_failway @SW_Trauma @anonswr He is the GM of SWR. He won’t be out of pocket by this strike nor will SWR be either. I’m and will be out of pocket as will thousands of other commuters due this strike.

Management of @SW_Railway must be held to account for this debacle. Pretty obvious to anyone who uses trains that guards’ role as operators of doors is necessary. To blame guards for strike is wrong. Good management leads to good industrial relations @SW_Help @swtrains_watch
SWR has found another way to frustrate the Delay Repay claims process by requiring manual entry of journey details on a recognised route (as shown on @nationalrailenq). Strangely, only options listed have longer journey times. Coincidence @railandroad ? #delaywontpay #trainpain

Just heard SWR has not (or has been unable to) pay the agency which supplies a large number of gateline staff. Apparently a very large number of station barriers open and unmanned. @swtrains_watch
@DanGinBrown @SW_Help @RMTunion @swtrains_watch Worth testing with a civil claim. Simple process and you could use the Consumer Rights Act as a buffer to show that the service provided is not what you expected. Consequential loss could be measured in hours/impact.
